"If you'll just smile" Führen heißt beeinflussen auf eine gute Art und Weise. Beeinflussen tue ich durch meine ganzheitliche Kommunikation, meine Ausstrahlung. Michael und Christian erklären den Kommunikations-Eisberg. Die meiste Kommunikation findet nämlich nicht oberhalb, sondern unterhalb der Oberfläche statt. Es gibt drei Ebenen der Kommunikation: 1. Rapport - stimmt die Chemie? 2. Wie kommuniziere ich? 3. Was kommuniziere ich? Viel wichtiger als alles andere ist die Chemie - hier hilft ein Lächeln und manchmal auch Smalltalk. Einladung für ein Geschenk in den Himmel

Geschichten mit Christian und von Dankbarkeit und Vergebung Am 31.08.2025 wäre mein guter Freund und Podcast-Co-Host Christian Kohlhof 55 Jahre alt geworden. Leider hat er diesen Geburtstag nicht mehr erlebt und ist viel zu früh und plötzlich im Juli 2025 verstorben. In der Verarbeitung von Trauer, Verwirrung und einem Gefühl des Alleinseins lade ich euch ein, gemeinsam mit mir eine besondere Episode als Geburtstagsgeschenk für Christian zu gestalten: mit Geschichten über ihn, gerne auch mit Ausdruck von Dankbarkeit und Vergebung, was vielleicht schwierig war.
