The complete drug inventory — sodium pentothal, chloral hydrate, Demerol, Valium, Thallium — overlaps almost exactly with the declassified MK Ultra pharmaceutical list. The stockpile was large enough to medicate over 200,000 people for a year. Jonestown housed 1,100. MK Ultra was a confirmed, declassified CIA program designed to test behavioral modification, chemical mind control, and psychological manipulation on unwitting subjects. The drugs found at Jonestown weren't antibiotics. They were the exact compounds used to break down the human psyche.
