The F word is a challenging topic for many of us, I'm talking about forgiveness. Sometimes in the state of unforgiveness, we can Major in the Minors.  Unforgiveness is a prison that is confining, condemning, lacking peace and lacking joy. Holding on can throw you into a Rabbit Hole, sending your emotions on a downward spiral.  It's time to become better and not bitter.
