Her therapeutic approach comes from a person-centered and feminist application of Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Mindfulness Practice. Her private practice Perennial Therapy was born from a belief that BIPOC women & genderqueer individuals deserve a specialized approach to mental health care. She is a fierce advocate for gender equality and has a passion for equity which continues to drive her career and therapeutic approach.
