Jaldeep Katwala has had quite the career. Currently the new director at the Sir Lenny Henry Centre for Media diversity, has career has taken him from his upbringing in Rotherhithe, across the world from Sunderland to Sudan. He's dipped and dived from radio to TV, and worked in the charity sector picking up the portfolio of skills he needs to campaign for diversity in today's media.
