You must learn to speak the felt need of your prospect and empathy in the form of your communication. Remeber they don't buy for an appointment- what they are looking for is transformation and result. How you will get them from their current situation to their desired situation. Get clear on the value you delliver....Understand the before and after of the services you deliver to different client segments. For example of client segments for physiotherapist, chiro, osteopath: Are they athlete? Are they crossfit? Are they moms? Are they weekend warrior? Are they elderly people? The reason why we have to brainstorm the different segments because they have different needs, language, desire, pain points, challenge.. A challenge for an athlete is entirely different with elderly people. Just to give you a summary, on how you communicate with your market... speak the before and after, you have to be the vehicle to what they want. For sure, you offer a different types of modalities, features, but what they wanna hear is how it will change their lives for the better.
