For today’s podcast I wanna talk about how to plan and build your content that will help you convert more leads and patients. As a business owner and practitioner, you’re wearing too many hats. It can be overwhelming to create and manage your marketing content that will help build authority, affinity and connect with your prospects.. But again, marketing and advertising strategy is no longer choice rather a necessity to help you grow a thriving business. I would like to share this strategy, so that it will be easier and on top of that profitable, repeatable and sustainable.

"How to create a system to secure consitent leads from "Strangers To Appointments" How to built a marketing strategy that will create a form of communication to your prospects? Think about the first time you acquired the very first client/appointment. How did they hear from you? Did they see your ad? Is it from word of mouth? As a private practice owner, having the right system that will bring in the leads in a predictable manner is the cornerstone of your business. A process thta is a proven strategy: PROFITABLE SUSTAINABLE REPEATABLE Let's dive into the foundation on how to create your marketing strategy This is the purpose of documenting your "client value journey". The foundation of your marketing voice and strategy. COMMUNICATION Since content marketing which is your social media, articles, videos, podcast- is the voice of your business. You must learn to speak the felt need of your prospect and empathy in the form of your communication. Remeber they don't buy for an appointment- what they are looking for is transformation and result. How you will get them from their current situation to their desired situation. Get clear on the value you delliver....Understand the before and after of the services you deliver to different client segments. For example of client segments for physiotherapist, chiro, osteopath: Are they athlete? Are they crossfit? Are they moms? Are they weekend warrior? Are they elderly people? The reason why we have to brainstorm the different segments because they have different needs, language, desire, pain points, challenge.. A challenge for an athlete is entirely different with elderly people. Just to give you a summary, on how you communicate with your market... speak the before and after, you have to be the vehicle to what they want. For sure, you offer a different types of modalities, features, but what they wanna hear is how it will change their lives for the better. How to Use Videos & Facebook Livestreams To Acquire Consistent and Predictable Appointments

Welcome back to another episode of Practitioner Marketing and Advertising Podcast with your host Ella Aquino. Where I shared marketing and advertising tips made easy to help you grow your healthcare business. For today's episode, I wanna talk about how to use the power of videos and facebook live streams to create a lead generation machine for your business. If you’re struggling to secure a stream of leads and appointments, this strategy will help you to stay on top of your game. Build authority, know, like and trust factor with your videos. Let’s dive into foundational things Step 1 Plan your video topics for the rest of the week. You can do 3 to 4 videos every week. You wanna include topics about your prospects problems. Think about your prospects feels when they watch your video. Document your buyer's persona, their thinking, doing and feeling. This will help you to create empathy on your content in a way that will attract your market, get them to engage and delights your audience. Step 2 You're more than ready to film your videos. You can do facebook live streams if you’re comfortable being in front of the camera impromptu. If you’re not, you can just record your videos, hit the recorder button and publish it on your social media accounts. I wanna focus on Instagram and Facebook in today’s podcast. Step 3. Run facebook ads, you wanna spend around 10 to 20. You can also repurpose your videos through youtube, emails.. Step 4 All about data. We’re going to extract data from your videos, which is your video viewers. From your facebook ad account dashboard, click the audience tool to create custom audience Chose videos from your facebook page, pick at least 25% to 95% of your video viewers. This is one of the valuable strategy for business owners like you to monetize your videos and scale your patient acquisition. Step 5. Retargeting ads We’re ready to monetize, get leads and acquire consistent bookings. Run retargeting ads. Basically, retargeting is a strategy which you can show follow ads to anyone who visits your website, watch your videos, and visit your facebook /ig pages. I would recommend running three types of retargeting ads: Anyone who watched your videos the last 7 to 14 days run an offer ad to invite them for an appointment…. Watched your videos 14 days to 30 days, run testimonial videos Watched your videos the last 30 days, run a regular content like traffic to your articles.. The key here is to cultivate goodwill and stay on top of your prospect minds. Remeber when you educate people, it will position yourself as the authority that caters, know, like and trust,.
