4 - Create Confidence

Confidence doesn’t need you to be smarter, more articulate, better at your job, or interesting. In fact, you don’t actually have to change. Whilst it can be daunting facing your own nervousness, awkwardness, embarrassment, you don’t need to eradicate that to be confident today. The fear of being seen terrifies a lot of people, but has anyone asked - what’s everyone afraid of seeing? Whenever I hear people talk about getting over this fear, the solution is to “just not care what they think”. Which I find to be an incredibly unhelpful piece of advice. You do care. There’s no issue with caring, but my goal today is to show you what you care about.
