This episode unpacks emotional regulation during conflict, the importance of communication and reassurance, and how space can sometimes create clarity instead of confusion. I also discuss how to respond when someone asks for space without abandoning yourself emotionally, while learning how to ground yourself instead of reacting from fear, panic, or overwhelm. Because sometimes space is not rejection... sometimes it is reflection, regulation, and an attempt to return to the relationship calmer, clearer, and more intentional.
