(2026_05_20) - Obedience: The True Essence of Revelation - Pastor Israel Ajiboye

In this episode, our pastor emphasized that knowledge of something you didn’t know before doesn’t make it revelation. You can pick out unique things from the bible but it might not be revelation. However, what makes revelations are the secrets that makes Jesus who he is. As a result, we should not be secrets seekers rather we should be Jesus seekers. We also learned that we can not obey the laws of God without the eyes of our understanding being enlightened. The more revelations of God you have the more works you will be able to do. Finally, we were reminded that our worth to God is how much work of obedience you do. It would be impossible to obey if the things of God are not being revealed to you.

(2026_05_20) - Being Raised as an Army by the Ministry of Revelation - Pastor James Akinjide

In this episode, it was thoroughly discussed, in reference to the 1988 Camp-meeting prophecy by Kenneth Hagin, that the army Jesus is raising consists of people who resemble Him in the inward man. The character, nature, and life found in Jesus must also be formed within believers. We also learned that Jesus is the embodiment of truth, and in order to partake fully of that truth, believers require the ministry of revelation. Through revelation, the truths of Christ are progressively unveiled and established within our inward parts until His life is formed in us. Furthermore, it was emphasized that it is impossible to accurately describe the person of Jesus without revelation. Natural understanding alone cannot fully capture who Christ is. Matthew 16:17 shows that true knowledge of Jesus is revealed by the Father and not attained merely through flesh and blood reasoning. While men may speak about Jesus from human understanding, only revelation can provide an accurate and spiritual unveiling of His person. In addition, we examined that the gospel is unveiled within the Church, and that Jesus has given apostles and prophets the responsibility of unveiling these mysteries to believers. As seen in Ephesians 3:3–5, the mysteries of Christ are revealed by the Spirit to His holy apostles and prophets for the edification and growth of the Church. Ultimately, we were reminded that the goal of the gospel is transformation into the image of Christ. As revelation increases through sound teaching and fellowship with the Spirit, believers are progressively shaped inwardly to look more like Jesus.

(2026_05_20) - Accessing the Gospel of Christ and God by Revelation - Pastor David Diya

In this episode, our pastor was able to show that the ministry of revelation is the true instrument of transformation in the believer’s life. Revelation causes a man to love differently and to desire the things of God above all else. We also learned that the journey of every believer is ultimately a journey toward God, and this journey can only be accomplished through revelation. Furthermore, it was highlighted that spiritual visions are not the same as revelation. A vision is the opening of the eyes to the realm of the spirit, while revelation is the opening of the eyes of the soul to things of God. A person may experience visions and still lack true revelation. Revelation is what grants proper understanding of God, His Word, and His intentions. Without revelation, the Scriptures cannot be rightly accessed or understood. In addition, we examined the process of salvation through the gospel, drawing from Romans 10:14–16. The gospel must first be preached, then heard, believed, and obeyed. Genuine obedience can only come through proper knowledge of God and His truth. It was also taught that if a person has not truly heard the gospel, then any form of obedience offered outside of that revelation becomes the sacrifice of fools. One cannot genuinely please someone they do not know. Therefore, revelation is necessary for accurate obedience and true relationship with God. Moreover, we saw that the essence of revelation is the preaching of Jesus Christ. The proof of one’s love for God is found in remaining steadfast in His gospel and continuing in the truths revealed through Christ. Finally, we were reminded that every believer is called to become a carrier of the knowledge of Christ, and ultimately the knowledge of God. As this knowledge increases within us, we grow into the obedience of faith and become more aligned with the will, nature, and purpose of God.
