Growing up is awkward and painful, when you start going on a journey of healing and self discovery you realise that healing comes with healthy grieving! Some things you need to face headstrong, there's no way around it. I created this podcast so I could have an outlet to talk about uncomfortable conversations we shy away from, create a space where vulnerability is natured and appreciated. I hope by honesty and vulnerability shared here we can all grow together and create a community of support, understanding and love. The cosmos are the limit for what this WILL become.
