Descripción

On August 18, 2020, a woman called police to report a body was buried in the backyard of a south Austin home. Homicide detectives began their investigation into the claim. With the help of crime scene personnel, Austin Fire Department, and staff from the Travis County Medical Examiner's Office, the body of a man (whose identity was later confirmed as Nicklas Kinslow) was unearthed from a grave constructed in the backyard. Two people would eventually be charged with murder, but the Travis County District Attorney's office would later drop the murder charges and allow both defendants to plead to lesser charges. Was justice served in the case of Nicklas Kinslow?
