AVALANCH - Ramón Lage y Alberto Rionda (2005) - Especial Helvete-radio metal - Programa 333. 17/05/2026

Con motivo de la reciente celebración de la 47 Selmana de les Lletres Asturianes, hemos rescatado una entrevista realizada en el año 2005 a Alberto Rionda y Ramón Lage de Avalanch, que por aquel entonces se acercaron a los estudios de Radio Sele, la radio fecha n,asturiano, donde en aquellos maravillosos años teníamos un programa hecho completamente en bable llamado Ruiu abondo, para hablarnos del trabajo El hijo pródigo que estaban presentado por todo el estado español y más allá, y al mismo tiempo ofrecernos un espectacular desenchufado con varias canciones, que quedaron para la historia de aquella humilde radio, lamentablemente ya desaparecida. L,asturianu llíngua oficial!! To mark the recent celebration of the 47th Asturian Literature Week, we have unearthed an interview conducted in 2005 with Alberto Rionda and Ramón Lage of Avalanch. At that time, they visited the studios of Radio Sele, the Asturian-language radio station, where in those wonderful years we had a program made entirely in Asturian called Ruiu abondo, to talk to us about their work El hijo pródigo, which they were presenting throughout Spain and beyond. At the same time, they offered us a spectacular unplugged performance with several songs, which became part of the history of that humble radio station, sadly now defunct. Asturian is the official language!!

Black Sabbath – Live at Hammersmith Odeon - Especial Helvete-radio metal - Programa 331. 03/05/2026

El 1 de mayo de 2007, o sea hace 19 años, se lanzaron a la calle únicamente 5000 copias de una maravilla en directo llamada "Live at Hammersmith Odeon" a través del sello Rhino Handmade, agotándose ese mismo día. Esta para muchos amantes de Black Sabbath joya, fue grabada entre el 31 de diciembre de 1981 y el 2 de enero de 1982 durante la gira "Mob Rules" en el Hammersmith Odeon de la capital inglesa. Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler, Ronnie James Dio, Vinny Appice y Geoff Nicholls estaban en plena forma esa noche, y la actuación de Dio fue, una vez más, brillante. En Helvete os la hemos preparado a modo de directo total sin ningún tipo de cortes y espero que os guste porque discos en vivo así, verdaderamente ya no se hacen. On May 1, 2007, 19 years ago, only 5,000 copies of the wonderful live album "Live at Hammersmith Odeon" were released by Rhino Handmade, selling out that same day. This gem, considered a treasure by many Black Sabbath fans, was recorded between December 31, 1981, and January 2, 1982, during the "Mob Rules" tour at the Hammersmith Odeon in London. Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler, Ronnie James Dio, Vinny Appice, and Geoff Nicholls were in top form that night, and Dio's performance was, once again, brilliant. BARRICADA - La historia - Especial Helvete-radio metal - Programa 330. 26/04/2026

En el capitulo de esta semana vamos a conmemorar una efeméride maravillosa. Este pasado 18 de abril se celebraron 44 años del primer concierto de una de las bandas mas exitosas del rock en España, Barricada, allá en su barrio La Txantrea de su ciudad Pamplona, comenzando ahí una larga, fructífera y espectacular carrera. Y para celebrar todo esto tenemos con nosotros a nuestro hermano El Rata, ya sabéis, batería de la banda Sartenazo Cerebral y director del esplendido podcast Ke Trabaje Rita, que ha hecho un estudio brutal de toda la carrera de los pamplonicas, hablándonos detalladamente de cada uno de sus guapos discos, contándonos anécdotas muy interesantes, y sobre todo, echando unas buenas risas con él, porque es un crack. Así que si eres amante de los Barri, no te puedes perder este capitulo y si no lo eres, quédate con nosotros porque vas a aprender cosas muy interesantes sobre esta banda española que tantas alegrías nos dio a los amantes de la buena música. And to celebrate all this, we have with us our brother El Rata, you know, drummer of the band Sartenazo Cerebral and director of the splendid podcast Ke Trabaje Rita, who has done a fantastic study of the Pamplona band's entire career, talking to us in detail about each of their great albums, sharing fascinating anecdotes, and above all, having a good laugh with him, because he's a riot.
