ANTS: Automatic Negative Thoughts.......86-99 thoughts we have are invalid, made up and negative. Automatic Negative thoughts are those thoughts we have that come from the subconscious and affect our mood, cause anxiety, depression, fear, anger and self doubt. We all have them.
