It's Here: Summer Before PA School!!

Hi hi!! I'm excited to share this fun, light hearted episode with you. I'm talking about my prep for PA school and all it will entail! I can't believe I'm actually starting at the end of THIS summer! I'm so excited to open this new chapter of my life, but also working hard to stay in the moment (ironic that being present actually takes work lol).  SO it is my top priority to make sure my mind is riiight for kicking off the journey that is PA school. One thing that was recommended by current students and staff members in our program: REST.
