Dialogue 04 | The Dialogue That Changed Everything

A moment. A decision. A return to self. In this dialogue, I share the experience that changed everything for me. The moment where my inner dialogue became real, and where I began to understand that alignment is not something you think, but something you feel and live. On my 45th birthday, at Playa Kalki in Curaçao, I made a decision that changed the direction of my life. What began as an inner dialogue became something real, something I could no longer ignore. I share what it meant to let go of a version of myself I had carried for years, and how that moment led me into a deeper understanding of alignment, not as a concept, but as something that has to be lived and felt in the body. Through an unexpected experience, I began to see how much the body holds, and how real transformation happens when we include it in the process. This is the moment where everything shifted.
