Dialogue 04 | The Dialogue That Changed Everything

A moment. A decision. A return to self. In this dialogue, I share the experience that changed everything for me. The moment where my inner dialogue became real, and where I began to understand that alignment is not something you think, but something you feel and live. On my 45th birthday, at Playa Kalki in Curaçao, I made a decision that changed the direction of my life. What began as an inner dialogue became something real, something I could no longer ignore. I share what it meant to let go of a version of myself I had carried for years, and how that moment led me into a deeper understanding of alignment, not as a concept, but as something that has to be lived and felt in the body. Through an unexpected experience, I began to see how much the body holds, and how real transformation happens when we include it in the process. This is the moment where everything shifted. And the beginning of something I never planned, but could feel. On May 9th, I will be hosting the first Coherent Dialogue Experience in collaboration with Noel Rea from The Stories by Rea.
