Set in the Staffordshire village of Ingestre, the places are real but the characters are not! The first in a series of fictional audio dramas created by FiredUp Theatre for Friends of Ingestre Orangery as part of their Sustainable Restoration project (National Lottery Heritage Fund).

Mindfulness at the Orangery

Welcome to this guided mindful walk and mindful activities to be enjoyed whilst you are visiting Ingestre Orangery. Hannah from The Well Nest retreat centre and wellbeing services will be your guide for today and will take you through the gardens and along the Woodland Walk. Make your way to the formal garden and take a seat on the grass or on the steps along the side of the Orangery, take a deep breath and press play. You can return to the gardens and experience the mindful walk as many times as you wish. You may notice some new each time.
