This is a blog that will discuss topics of finance, parenting, marriage, health and wellness and various ways you can be intentional at strengthening yourself and your family and overcome things that are blocking your path. I am a certified financial manager and have a Bachelor degree in social work, I also am a survivor of childhood trauma, codependency, domestic violence, and have concured my health and wellness. I am by no means an expert but have a desire to help others and share my experience, knowledge and resources.
