After a two-year (okay, almost three-year) hiatus, she’s back — older, wiser, and maybe just a little funnier. The last time you heard from me, I was deep in my Renewal, Isolation, and Open Door era, cutting off a four-year friendship, uncovering hidden secrets, and swearing that isolation was better than letting my morals get corrupted. I thought I had life figured out… but the plot had twists I didn’t see coming. Now, after magazine shoots, acting gigs, wild college lessons, and a conversation that made me realize, oh wow, I’m officially an adult, I’m hitting what I call The Reset Button. In this episode, we’re catching up on the glow-ups, the growing pains, and the lessons that reshaped my life from learning to value my energy, to breaking old patterns, to embracing healthy isolation and divine timing. For the past few days i was a few steps back to my old podcast episodes, about dealing with a narcissist. After extensive research and recollection i’m here to re introduce the idea, but this time going through all the stages. And how much pride a person can truly have. And how it is classified as narcissism. We classified how much stages it takes for a narcissism to destory you and when the abuse starts and now it effects you vs them and now the new “supply”
