Courageous Christianity - Marching Forward
Part 6 of our 12-part series, Courageous Christianity, takes us to Joshua 6:1–27 in a message titled: “Marching Forward.” As Israel stands before the fortified walls of Jericho, God calls His people to move forward in faith, obedience, and worship, even when His plans do not make human sense. Through the strange march around the city, the sounding of trumpets, and the miraculous fall of Jericho, we see that courageous living is not rooted in human strength, strategy, or accomplishment, but in trusting the presence and promises of God. This message explores the mystery of obedience when we do not fully understand what God is doing, the meaning of centering our lives on worship rather than ourselves, the seriousness of God’s holiness, and the incredible mercy extended to Rahab through faith. In a world where many drift through life without purpose, Joshua 6 reminds us that believers are called to march forward with intention, courage, and confidence in the victory God has already secured. Join us as we learn what it means to walk with purpose, trust God in the unknown, and move forward boldly through the mercy and victory found in Jesus Christ.
