Medical Privacy is a legitimate concern in this case, and the lawsuit cites illegal search and seizure as well as other factors. This was clearly a targeted attack by MAGA and the Right-Wing Grifters to attempt to eradicate transgender kids from existence, using political overreach to accomplish their nefarious goals.

A big question on our minds as we attempt to resist and overthrow fascism is always... "should we use the tools of the enemy while fighting them"?? One of those weapons that they wield so proudly is "outing" closeted queer people to endanger our lives and get us ostracized from our communities. So the question on our minds is... do we fight fire with fire? Should we be "outing" the anti-LGBTQIA2S+ people who are secretly DL for us??
