I want you to hear both as a personal call from King Jesus, for the salvation of God's people is bound up in the salvation of their King.

The blessed state of God's people remains when life is easy and when it's hard. Herein lies the purpose of the psalm. It equips us to joyfully worship the Lord at all times, for we are truly blessed to be His people.
