We made it to season 2 y'all!!! I'm so excited to expand my channel and continue to share my growth with you all! This is my very first visual episode and I couldn't be more happy and honored to share this space with my soul sister Tiyana! We have been rocking strong since our amazon days and this woman just inspires me so much. As y'all know I'm going through a transitional phase right now and rediscovering myself again after my breakup. It's been very challenging and seeing this woman go through the same thing a little bit before me and how she's handled it so gracefully, stepped back into her power, and is just this ray of sunshine brings tears of joy to my eyes. I NEEDED to have her on this show, not only to speak life into and offer hope and guidance to me...but also to you guys! We share some things that helped us come back to ourselves and find happiness again. As well as some of the down sides to starting all over again. This episode was so healing for me and if anything, it further affirmed to me that the best people you can have around you are friends and family that genuinely pour into you wholeheartedly. Anytime I've gone through something challenging or soul crushing I've always had my support system to help lift me up again. Even if some of the people in that support system have changed, I'm grateful that throughout each phase of my life I've always attracted people who actually love me and make my soul smile. So if you have those kinds of people in your life, lean on them. Let them lift you up, let them hold you while you cry, let them pour into you and make you smile again. Allow the help to help you because we are not in this alone and we shouldn't let ourselves believe that statement is true. We got this. You got this. I believe in you and I am proud of you. God said "NO!" My Journey back to Celibacy...

If y'all haven't yet go add me on Instagram @ _pa222ionay_ As y'all know recently I went through a breakup and I expressed in a previous episode how I felt called to be celibate again, but in my relationship this time instead of being single. Even though I didn't listen to Gods order right away, he made it to where I did not have a choice but to obtain from sex with my ex partner. In this episode I dive into some of the spiritual and physical challenges I faced when I chose my fleshly desires over Gods guidance. I hope through this episode you are reminded of your self worth, the importance of speaking with conviction in your boundaries, having the courage to stand in your calling even if you may loose people in the process, and that you hear unity and community in my story and know you're not alone in yours. I'm still growing and learning so much about myself which continues to evolve each and everyday and I'm so grateful I get to share all my deepest inner thoughts, passions, and my life with y'all. Don't be afraid or ashamed of your growth and changes when they feel right to you because remember, the right people will support and uplift you no matter what. Ase

New Year New ME 2026

With each and every year that passes were forced to reflect on what our lives consisted of and if it's something we can look back on and be proud of or disappointed in. I've been through a whole lot of shedding as the year of the snake ended. The lessons life taught me forced me to grow in a lot of different ways, most of which I tried to avoid if I'm being honest. But when God has a plan for you, he does not care if that's not what you want to do because it's what you NEED to do. This episode is for all my lovers. As a community I feel like a lot of us are going through spiritual warfare, especially in our relationships, and many of us are navigating the heartbreak that comes after. But if y'all are able to take away anything from my shared experience, I hope y'all embrace wonder and adventure without letting fear of the unknown hold you back; listen to your intuition even if it goes against someone you love, life is too short to prioritize other peoples feelings over your own, its okay to be a lover just be a smart lover lol, and most importantly don't be afraid to be yourself no matter how ever-changing you are. Growing In Love

I really wanted to open this space up to have an open and vulnerable conversation about ways to overcome certain obstacles when they come up in our healthy relationships. A lot of the time we are taught to notice the red flags and run as soon as we spot them. But what happens when problems come up in those green flag relationships? Me and Tre wanted to open up about some of the challenges we've faced in our relationship and things we've had to change, such as our mindsets and perspective, to gain a better sense of ourselves and each other. I truly think it's a beautiful thing to be able to experience growth in this way, and to have someone truly love you and want the best for you comes with it's own set of lessons to learn. Whether that be unlearning old toxic habits that are preventing your growth or learning new ones that help encourage it. Nevertheless we are still out here glowing, growing, and thriving, and I hope you all are able to take some gems from this episode because at the end of the day its nothing but love here. 2025... Identity Crisis?1?

Happy 2025 everyone! I hope the new year has been blessing y'all as much as its been teaching y'all. Life has been moving at a fast pace for me since the new year started and I've just been trying to pretty much catch my mind up with me reality. They say that you should surround yourself with people who are doing better than you to motivate you to do better. But what happens when it does the opposite and just makes you feel inadequate instead? I've been struggling with identity crisis and feeling unconnected to my purpose lately and being around someone who does, doesn't always make you feel better. This episode is about my mental and spiritual journey with overcoming procrastination, imposter syndrome, and coming to terms with the fact that gods timing simply just isn't my timing.
