I had the incredible opportunity to interview my amazing friend Justine Tregloan about her journey through studying Ayurveda and healing modalities. Her journey is beautiful, full of passion, and one that needs to be shared. Justine Tregloan is a communications project manager by day and an Ayurveda lifestyle guide, Reiki healer, and yoga teacher outside of work. She's dedicated to making ancient wellness practices feel practical and accessible for modern living, especially for busy people navigating stress, overwhelm, and disconnection In our conversation, we talked about using Ayurveda as a tool box to take what you need when you need it, some fundamental knowledge of Ayurveda (if you're new to the concept), and finding balance through this healing modality that uses nature as a guide. Creativity is more than the arts. It's in how we live our lives, how we play, how we gather and increase in knowledge. Creativity is in the science and math skills, its in analytical and logical thinking, its in solving problems. It's in the arts, yes--dancing, drawing, writing, music.
