18-Micro moments of choice - your secret power to better mental health

Snacks, bubble tea, and story time: poker hustles, unapologetic living, and my Kingston party years

I do a laid-back, one-hour hangout with snacks (strawberries, cheese, meat sticks) and my favourite coconut milk bubble tea, sharing stories from different eras of my life. I talk about my competitive Texas Hold’em phase in Kingston during the NHL strike era: playing scheduled bar poker nights, dating the poker director, winning a seat that took me to a huge Toronto tournament, and why I disliked casino poker. 19-I was wrong about love — and it finally set me free
