(Unscripted) Addressing The Problem...

The first step of getting over any addiction is addressing it. I am addicted to my phone. I am aware of the irony of using a podcast to explore this issue, so I hope this will make you take stock, stop listening, and go outside. Along this series, I will be exploring phone usage and social media. I want to explore the effects of excessive screen time, speak with those who are experts in the field, and more than anything I want to look up.
