(Unscripted) Addressing The Problem...

The first step of getting over any addiction is addressing it. I am addicted to my phone. I am aware of the irony of using a podcast to explore this issue, so I hope this will make you take stock, stop listening, and go outside. Along this series, I will be exploring phone usage and social media. I want to explore the effects of excessive screen time, speak with those who are experts in the field, and more than anything I want to look up. I want to look at the moments happening in my life and be able to enjoy them. So come along with me on this journey and see if there is more than meets the eye with phone addiction.
