Finding pockets of time througout our stressful days can give us a new perspective in the middle of this overwhelming world. Dodging Burnout

Burnout is considered  a 'workplace phenomenon' and we are often told to 'push through'  I am here to shed light on how serious of a problem burnout can be and how we can start taking care of ourselves while living as our highest self.
