Quality Over Quantity

I’m gonna start this show off with a question. Do you prefer quality or quantity. This is assuming that you must choose one or the other. Most people obviously want both but if there is only one to be had. I’ll take quality over quantity most often. Yup I quality friends. I want quality cars I want a quality home I want quality clothes I want quality relationships I want quality…..everything. There is nothing on earth that I desire which I don’t want to be quality. More doesn’t always mean better. Sometimes having more is just more mess and to deal with. Today’s episode is about Quality Over Quantity—because in life you are going to learn that a lot doesn’t necessarily equate to better or more favorable. You can build many things in quantity, but it’s the ones that are built with quality in mind that last and stand the test of time. The Health Tax

I asked my son how he felt the other day and it was 6: 15 in the morning. We had been up for almost an hour and he told me he was tired. My first response was, but you just woke up. \So let me ask you. How often are you exhausted right after you wake up. How many of your felt like you didn’t sleep at all and are craving for another or two. If this is you then you might be ;suffering from being taxed. Once again not the IRS tax, but this tax I'm calling…..”The Health Tax” Every time you sacrifice sleep, every time you binge on sugar, every time you ignore stress, you are putting your body at risk of paying a price….
