She has written five books sharing her experience of anxiety and depression and the strategies that have helped her feel better - everything from good mood food to poetry. Her books are widely translated and she is an official ambassador for mental health charities Rethink Mental Illness and SANE. She is the mother of three boys and two girls, all now grown-up. Rachel is also a founding member of Speakers Collective. He has worked in adult psychiatry for thirty years both in the NHS and for the last decade exclusively in the private sector. He has experience in treating the full range of mental health problems from mild stress through to severe and enduring mental illness. He combines an informal style with rigorous diagnostics and uses an integrated approach addressing the biological, psychological and social aspects of illness. He prescribes and uses psychotherapeutic approaches with a background in CBT and mindfulness.  He studied medicine at Cambridge University then University College London Medical School and trained in psychiatry at The Maudsley and Royal Free Hospitals. He was made a Fellow of The Royal College of Psychiatrists. He worked for Cleveland Clinic London as psychiatry expert during its planning and as liaison psychiatrist for its first 12 months. He holds an honorary contract at the Royal College of Art supporting the student counselling service. He supports The Parliamentary Health and Wellbeing Service, assessing members of The House of Commons. He supports the Jesus College Cambridge student wellbeing programme.  He has worked with authors and script writers advising on mental health aspects of their books and films. Jack Matthews A husband, soon-to-be father, and football coach based in South West London, and lost his father to suicide in September 2018.  Since then it's been a long and often challenging journey through the process of grief, but one he is now far more comfortable and clear with. Jon Salmon Jon is a campaigner and award-winning executive producer. Jon is the Co-CEO of Speakers Collective and Co-founder of creative agency Byte Entertainment. After losing his father to suicide as a teenager, Jon was later sectioned with stress and depression.
