Being connected to the body is not enough. You can be connected… and still out of alignment. Rev. Joe Hadaway preached a powerful message on spiritual alignment and how God’s fire only falls where things are set in order. Before Elijah prayed for fire to fall from heaven, he repaired the altar. Why? Because before God moves publicly, something must be aligned privately. Spiritual alignment is more than emotions, moments, or appearances. It’s when: • Your heart aligns with God • Your life aligns with His Word • Your relationships align with His people • Your priorities align with His kingdom • Your faith aligns with His promises Alignment is both vertical and horizontal. You cannot claim relationship with God while mistreating people He calls His own. You cannot build the kingdom while staying disconnected from the body. And partial alignment never produces full fire. Elijah rebuilt the altar. Prepared the sacrifice. Poured out what was valuable. Then prayed boldly. And the fire fell. When your life aligns with God’s will, your prayers stop sounding fearful and begin sounding confident. Alignment matters because souls matter. There are hurting people crying out for answers—and God wants to use aligned believers to reach them.
