Micro-Affirmations: School Leaders

Micro-affirmations are small positive words and deeds that recognize the contributions of others. We seek to divest from the obsession with ranking and rewarding "the top" of every category imaginable. Rather, the Micro-affirmations podcast recognizes the collective efforts of those who make substantial contributions to our collective well-being. In this edition of Micro-Affirmations we recognize the school leaders who make schools a better place for those who have been traditionally harmed by systems of education.
