Reconnecting with our Food: How Mindful Eating can be used as a Spiritual Tool

The ways in which we grow, prepare, and consume food have connected humans since the beginning of time. Today, Miles and Aria talk about how food can be used as a tool for spiritual connection and as a way to improve your mental and physical health. We look at the history of food through the context of spirituality and religion, discussing how the rise of capitalism has created a collective disconnect from the food that ends up on our plate.
