Reconnecting with our Food: How Mindful Eating can be used as a Spiritual Tool

Hello lovelies and welcome back! Food is central to our health, our culture, and the ways in which we interact with one another. The ways in which we grow, prepare, and consume food have connected humans since the beginning of time. Today, Miles and Aria talk about how food can be used as a tool for spiritual connection and as a way to improve your mental and physical health. We look at the history of food through the context of spirituality and religion, discussing how the rise of capitalism has created a collective disconnect from the food that ends up on our plate. We also go on to chat about our personal journey's with food and plant-based eating, as well as suggesting some simple ways that we can develop a mindful connection to our food. Why Feeling Lost in Your Early Twenties is Completely Normal

Hello everyone! Miles and I are excited to be back with a brand new episode for you all! In this episode, we get real about feeling lost as people in their early twenties, trying to navigate a confusing and chaotic world while dealing with our own internalised issues. We  discuss where we are on our own personal journeys, how covid has intensified an already tumultuous time in our lives, and how our twenties so far have been nothing like the movies.  We also question why so many people seem to have these feelings at this age, and touch on the things we've been doing to move through these often painful and challenging experiences. Thank you so much for listening.
