Mental resilience is defined as an individual's ability or life skills to adapt to hardships, stress, emotional difficulties, and mental health adversities. Mental toughness is not about building new strength it's working with the negative things in your life and turning them into something positive. A positive mindset attracts positivity. This is the law of attraction; Have morning affirmations. You can only reach your goals through commitment, consistency, and hard work. I keep telling myself this and you can tell yourself this; You have dug your soul out of the dark. You have fought to be here. Do not go back to what buried you. Anyone can give up, its the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart, that's true strength.
