The same patterns kept showing up. The coaches stuck between $30K and $100K per month were not lazy. They were not missing some secret tactic either. They were making a handful of mistakes that quietly capped their growth and kept them running in place. The interesting part is that most of them did not even realize they were making them. The mistakes looked like normal business decisions. Things like testing two or three ads and calling it a real test. Selling their time by the hour instead of building leverage. Or sending a single reminder email before a webinar and thinking that counts as nurturing. Those decisions seem small. But they compound over time and make it very difficult to scale. In this video, I break down the seven patterns I saw most often and how to fix each one. If you've been working hard but revenue refuses to move, there's a good chance one of these is the reason.

And if someone already feels like they have the full solution, the buying decision disappears. In this video, I break down how to create content that builds demand for your offer instead of replacing it. I explain the difference between teaching concepts and teaching execution, how to leave room for curiosity, and how to turn one service into endless content without exposing the part people actually pay you for.
