Acerca de Oregon Reporter Podcast

The Oregon Reporter Podcast is your monthly review of the most important and interesting law updates in Oregon, including recent appellate decisions and legislation, and how those things might effect practicing attorneys across the state. Each episode of the Oregon Reporter Podcast will qualify you for one OSB accredited MCLE credit in the state of Oregon, that can be reported on your MCLE transcript. In addition to providing “general” CLE credits, we aim to provide credits in Ethics, Abuse Reporting, and Mental Health on a rotating three-year schedule. The goal for the Oregon Reporter Podcast is to provide Oregon attorneys a new method for obtaining the most contemporaneous and timely updates on Oregon law, in a modern, convenient, and (perhaps even) fun package. Theoretically, an attorney who listens to every episode of the Oregon Reporter Podcast, will finish their reporting cycle with 36 MCLE credits, all having been completed inside of their car or through their AirPods, using software that they already have on their phones or computers, and without any flicking though cumbersome catalogs, and without any one-off MP3 or video player downloads. For reporting convenience, all episodes will automatically appear in your normal podcast feed on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Stitcher, etc., and all MCLE Event Id. numbers, materials, and additional information will be accessible and preserved in that feed well beyond the applicable reporting timelines.
