Come along on my journey, teaching the teenage Parker, Ellie, leadership. I'm sure it will be applicable to all leaders.  Today's lesson is the next part of showing Ellie how to "Set the Vision" as a leader. How do you know your vision is bold enough? How do you know your vision is logical enough? What is the process to create a bold, logical vision?

289. "GHSA Reclassification: Past, Present, Future" with Curt Miller

Coach Parker and Curt Miller discuss reclassification that occurs every 2 years in the Georgia High School Association. 287. "Turning a Program Around" with Mike Pfiester

Coach Pfiester is the Head Football Coach at Long County in Georgia. Long County went 28-179-2 before he become the Head Coach and had never made the playoffs. His teams are 31-23 and have made the playoffs all five years. It is one of the best, if not the best, turn around job in Georgia High School Football history. Coach Pfiester and Coach Parker talk about what it takes to turn a program around.
