The same 3 questions...UGH!

Let's talk about those dang old same 3 questions we ask in the daily standup and why they hold you back. The Daily sync is sunk, the standup is everyone sitting down, the daily scrum is daily scum. We have to get away from this pattern and have better engagement. Keep the team together

I see the need to help you defend against all kinds of hijackers.
