"I Need Belts Now!": 63-Year-Old Tummy Tuck Patient Get Real About Her Recovery

"I need belts now, I never used to ever need a belt!" This 63-year-old patient is 6 weeks out from her tummy tuck and has kindly offered to share her thoughts and feelings about her experience. She has been researching this procedure for about three years. Prior to surgery, she was very insecure about her tummy and how the excess skin was causing rashes around her c-section scar. She LOVES her results and shares that her friends think she looks twenty years younger. She went down about two pant sizes after surgery. "I completely feel very, very different. I'm trying to get used to knowing that this is me now." She shares that recovery was harder than she thought it was going to be, but she started to feel like herself again at around the two week mark. A huge deciding factor was the fact that Dr. Claytor performs this surgery completely DRAINLESS. She strongly recommends this procedure to a friend, but says to make sure they mentally prepare themselves for the recovery period. She had a rough time the first few days, but at the 6 week mark, she is extremely happy with her decision.  Thank you for tuning in to Plastic Surgery: What the reveal reveals! 31-Year-Old Arm Lift Patient Wishes She Did It Five Years Ago

"If I could have done it five years ago, I would have!" This 31-year-old patient is 2 months out from her brachioplasty. She very kindly shares that her entire experience from pre-op, to surgery, to post-op, to follow ups has been seamless.  She decided to come to our practice after seeing the before and after photos on our website. She was impressed with the arm lift scars, as well as how Dr. Claytor performs this surgery in our surgical suite under local anesthesia, rather than at the hospital under general. A huge factor in her decision was the fact that Dr. Claytor uses ZERO DRAINS.  "I had surgery on a Wednesday and was back to work by Monday." She loves her results and has bought a new wardrobe so she can show off her beautiful arms.  Thank you for tuning in to Plastic Surgery: What the reveal reveals! "Everyone Notices, In a VERY Good Way", Shares 52-Year-Old Facelift and Eyelid Lift Patient

"I'm four weeks out and couldn't be more pleased with the results so far!" This 52-year-old patient is one month out from her facelift and blepharoplasty. She shares that healing was very easy and quicker than expected, and that she was back to doing daily activities about two weeks in. She was hoping to be healed before her son's graduation, and feels that she is ready to go! She says that everyone is noticing, "in a very good way!" This surgery was performed under local AWAKE anesthesia. She was very comfortable with this because she had gotten her arms done under local a year ago and was familiar with the experience. She is extremely happy with the blepharoplasty results, sharing that the bags and dark circles under her eyes are completely gone. She felt like these aspects are what aged her the most.
