Loving Your Daughter through Every Stage and Phase

Today, I talk about motherhood, love languages and loving your daughter through every stage and phase of her menstrual cycle with Charise Freeman of Growing in Love Together. Nourishing Tweens and Teens with Brandee Hommerding

Today, I talk about nourishing our tweens and teens through puberty with Brandee Hommerding of Bee Collective Wellness. Brandee is a certified nutrition therapy practitioner and a self-proclaimed diet culture dropout who works with women to overcome challenges like bloating, fatigue, PMS and irregular menstrual cycles.
