Frozen Shuttles and Wild Dinosaurs : G1 Episodes 7-8

In this episode we cover episodes 7 and 8 of the Transformers Generation 1 Cartoon, which in this order are "Fire in the Sky" and "S.O.S. Dinobots." We get to meet Skyfire! Who's an interesting bot I think, even if he doesn't get that much screen time in G1. As well as introducing us to part of the Dinobot crew! We also go over the bios for all 4 of these new characters.

Space Bridges and Explosions! : G1 Episodes 4-6

In this episode we cover episodes 4-6 of the Transformers Generation 1 Cartoon, which in order are "Transport to Oblivion," "Roll for It," and "Divide and Conquer." We also meet Chip! These are fun episodes, and we get some good animation for these overall. Give or take a few coloring errors haha. We also cover Shockwave's character bio, who's an interesting case for G1.

G1 Character Bios - Part 2 : Now Featuring Decepticons!

The other part of us going over the G1 Character bios! As I said before these are only the characters introduced in the first three episodes (well, we do also cover a couple of Soundwave's yet unseen cassettes but that's a minor thing) and the rest will be covered as they're introduced. The characters covered are the last handful from the Autobot cast and then all the Decepticons. Like last time we also look at the cast's original generation one toys in all their clunky glory.

G1 Character Bios - Part 1 : There's So Many Autobots

Bios on toy packaging is nothing new, but for many G1 Transformers the bio seen on their toy box or tech specs is actually an abridged version of longer character bios written to develop the characters for the show and comic! This episode will cover a portion of the Autobots seen in the opening episodes, with the rest (and the Decepticons) being covered in the second part, or later after the episode they're introduced in. It's interesting to see what pieces of these character's bios continue to exist in the characters in the modern day vs what was forgotten or ignored. We also take a look at the original generation one toys for each character as we go! It's fun to see what got simplified or adjusted for animation.

More than Meets the Eye! : G1 Episodes 1-3

This episode covers the first three episodes of the 1984 Transformers cartoon, which are essentially a long pilot split into 3 parts. Making the titles "More than Meets the Eye Parts 1-3." These episodes basically set up the main cast of characters, the Autobot & Decepticon conflict, and reason these alien robots are even on Earth and hanging around. So all in all, a good pilot episode.
