As someone who has struggled in finding my own spiritual practice I was eager to hear from my dear friend Melina Chavarria of Cuidate Mija (follow her on instagram and facebook @Cuidate Mija) about her own spiritual journey and how she uses it to guide her in her daily life and business. I met Melina in 2017 at A place Called Home during the annual Comic Art and Literacy Expo. To me she is a badass woman, creator, mother, entrepreneur, and so much more. We became fast friends and eventually collaborators as we worked on Aurtistic Zine as DSTLArts publication.
