Spirituality, lets talk about it. As someone who has struggled in finding my own spiritual practice I was eager to hear from my dear friend Melina Chavarria of Cuidate Mija (follow her on instagram and facebook @Cuidate Mija) about her own spiritual journey and how she uses it to guide her in her daily life and business. I met Melina in 2017 at A place Called Home during the annual Comic Art and Literacy Expo. To me she is a badass woman, creator, mother, entrepreneur, and so much more. We became fast friends and eventually collaborators as we worked on Aurtistic Zine as DSTLArts publication. Through the years we have cheered one another on and she is always someone I go to for feedback and guidance. I hope you enjoy this conversation amongst friends I know I loved having it.
