Make the Cream Filling: * Whisk egg yolks and sugar until pale and thick (about 5 minutes). * Add mascarpone cheese and whisk until smooth. 2. Whip the Cream: * Beat heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form (4-5 minutes). * Fold whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture gently. 3. Prepare the Espresso: * Mix cooled espresso with liqueur in a shallow dish (if using). 4.
