When I learned the true definition of self image, my healing journey started to take a major turn for the better.  Today, I break down the true definition of self image—how we perceive ourselves and how we believe others perceive us—and why trying to build self-esteem, self value, self image through external means never creates lasting change. Instead, it often reinforces the very patterns of self-doubt and disconnection we’re trying to escape. I also discuss how stuck energy can reinforce these limiting patterns as well.  Through real-life examples and relatable insights, I explore how we unknowingly outsource our worth, and why true self image that fosters that inner confidence can only be built from within. I also share a new way of looking at your traits, experiences, and even the parts of yourself you’ve judged as “negative”—and how every single one can be transformed into a source of strength.
