I started meditation and breathwork in 2017, during a time when I was highly anxious during my residency training. Now, the people who've known me prior to my spiritual practices have told me I am much calmer these days. With my past experience as an 800 hr certified yoga teacher, I share the biggest struggles my former yoga clients have when meditating and some tips to navigate that challenge.
