Its Okay to Feel

We are emotional beings and as such we have a right to feel. Our emotions serve to guide and can be useful in navigating towards what we want in life. They demand to be felt. Often times we tend to mask down, suppress and flat out  deny our feelings leaving unresolved trauma, pain, sorrow unexpressed yet still lingering within. In this episode we talk about giving ourselves permission to feel whatever it is you are feeling without judgement. To allow for the expression of your feelings so that we can begin to heal.

When a story needs to come to an end

In this episode we talk about relationships, when its time to close the chapter. The pain, the reasons, and coping. I share with you my  personal experiences with heartbreak in an emotional talk. My hope for this episode is that it may reach someone who needs to know they are not alone and that life is unexpected and random. Change is inevitable but eventually we will be okay. We will rise together.
