Liz is an actor and producer with over twenty years in the entertainment industry, with work spanning major television and film projects, including network TV roles, a lead opposite Ed Burns, a Steven Spielberg–produced series, and the Golden Globe–nominated film Shame, directed by Steve McQueen.
In recent years, Liz expanded her work into somatic therapy and embodiment coaching, integrating her background in performance with body-based wellness and nervous-system-informed practices. She now works one-on-one with clients, supporting self-awareness, emotional regulation, and embodied presence.
She is also developing Diet by Design, a wellness platform and “soul upgrade” experience, alongside Michelin-trained chef and fellow Jadeva member Alisa Kogan.
